Flourish Financial Group’s mission is to empower underserved communities of color that have been historically excluded from financial education. We equip individuals with the tools to achieve their financial and life goals through expert-led courses delivered by community financial professionals. Operating in the Greater Seattle area, our programs focus on Career Development, Credit, Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, Legal, Generational Wealth, and Mental Health Services to create lasting financial empowerment.

Our Story
Flourish Financial Group was founded by Elijah L. Lewis, a Generational Wealth Coach and committed community leader, with a clear purpose: to address the financial literacy gap and reverse the opportunity gap faced by people of color. Seeing firsthand the systemic barriers that limit access to financial education, Elijah set out to create an organization that would provide the tools, resources, and support necessary to empower underserved communities, particularly within the BIPOC population.
At its core, Flourish Financial Group is built to close the gap in financial literacy and provide lasting change by equipping individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed financial decisions. We believe that financial education is not just a set of skills, it’s a powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty and building generational wealth.
Through strategic partnerships and a network of professional alliances with BIPOC financial experts, Flourish Financial Group delivers culturally relevant coaching, workshops, and real-world financial solutions. We focus on the unique needs and lived experiences of our community, ensuring that every service, from career development and credit repair to legal and mental health support, is designed to empower and uplift those who have been historically excluded.
